199's rear springs fell off on Irish Street, literally minutes after debusing a load of school children. The driver was not hurt physically but as far as I know he has not returned to work and probably won't drive again. The accident has the best brains in ulsterbus (if there is any!) baffeled. They can explain one spring failing, but two simualtaneously, is beyond them.3
