Dull red strips

The yellow strips have been replaced by the red ones because some complaints have been had about the yellow ones dazzling motorists, this is why the red is being put on in future which is duller but still stands out, (Too many silly modern rules these days I mean if you cant see the back of a bus in front of you on the road you shouldnt have a driving licence)
