There has been a lot of renumbering in Citybus in the past few years. 41 was changed to 91 to run in sequence with the Donegall Road routes 89-92. In the Citybus timetable 82 is used for the Royal Hospital service, so they must have renumbered that service too. They'll probably renumber 80 and 81 to give a sequence of Ormeau Road routes 78 - 86. The 81 itself was renumbered some time ago from 9, when the number 9 was given to a new Shore Road service, this made a sequence of 7-11 on the Shore Road, the 11 being the old Whiterock number, which is now 12. And the Antrim Road routes 1-6 were renumbered 46-51, to follow on from the 45. They're obviously trying to tidy things up.
