Both these buses were parked in Newtownabbey yesterday in Ulsterbus colours. There are 3/4 remaining in Citybus colours including 2601(Falls depot) and 2604(Short Strand). The first week back in service for Rell's resulted in many being returned to depots with defects. It seems that most drivers have been spoilt with good vehicles over the summer and are now reluctant to go back to driving these old workhorses. Complaints from drivers ranged from poor brakes to heavy steering and 'rattling' bodywork! I have yet to experince driving a Bristol, although I am told that it is worth the wait!!!!!!!
