I take it the Bristol was a Falls bus? It just depends which way the buses are lined up by the shunter. The buses at the front of the line go out first, regardless of what they are. I have even seen a couple of Bristols operating 'dawn' duties out of the Falls. Imagine climbing into one of them at 5.00am!!!! Brrrrrrrr!!!!
