Posted by Paul K on November 11, 2000, 8:26 pm 195.8.88.158 Ex-NIR coach 591 (OXI 521) is now in Downpatrick and has DP depot markings. Very unusual for them to be applied so quickly in Downpatrick. It still has the Lisburn depot phone number on the back advertising for private hire bookings. Newcastle-based 1366 (UXI 1366) is parked in Downpatrick with accident damage to the lower front nearside (left): the door is in quite bad condition. 136 (ROI 136) has several of its seats removed from both sides at the back: looks like it might even be in line for conversion to a tow bus. It was in Armagh more recently but used to be a Newcastle bus so was a familar enough sight in Downpatrick. Responses: There are no responses to this message.
