Train Spotting? Posted by Blakey on September 30, 2001, 9:37 am 62.252.128.4 I was reading 'Olive's' comment and it reminded me of a conversation I had with a guy in Bangor about ten years ago. He had been an NIR driver in the 70s and he couldn't understand trainspotters either because the trains had become so dull, not like the old steam locos.
