On Friday I was on a University field trip to Scotland for the day. Our transport in Scotland, which met us at Cairnryan was 677 a Plaxton Daf with registration number SXI 1677. This is the first time that I have been on an Ulsterbus Daf. 677 dates from around 1990 which is the same age as the early Tiger Goldliners (From 514 PXI 5514 onwards). I think 677 is much more comfortable than the early Goldliners but I would rather have the new Volvo Plaxton Goldliners.
