I noticed that to, who ever is programming the destinations in Belfast must not be able to use the computer package properly, or the management have told them to stop doing the changing screens as they are too hard for some people to read.Airport service 300 reads:
Airport 300
and Uni link reads
Uni-link
To Jordanstown 163A
The Citystoppers service used to read CITYSTOPPERS, then POLEGLASS
for example
now it says:
Citystoppers
Poleglass
I prefer the old changing displays as they are easier to read from a distance but as it has been said before, you need to look at a destination to see 1) if it chanages and 2) any via points.
Bus Eireann seem to like the changing displays, I remembers seeing an Excalibur VP with the Destination, MERRY CHRISTMAS ,then, DUBLIN ,then, ATH CLAITH ,then, EXPRESS and then it repeated its self, talk about writing an essay, any more information and it would list every house, barn and cow it passed on the road!
Ayone else seen long or interesting displays?
