Someone mentioned before about the fact that 714 had black tape covering its display box.The reason that 714 has black tape covering the route number display at the back is that the screen has frozen with 163. The side display has also frozen and is also covered with black tape.
It's good to see that Newtownabbey are using their heads here as frozen destination screens can be very confusing. Last year I was up in Derry City and got Ultra 2759 on a DC1 service and its screen had frozen with SORRY NOT IN SERVICE.
There is also one of GVS Renowns (One of the ex NB ones) with its rear route number frozen at 163.
Larne's 3001 (DAZ 3001) seems to have its side route number display frozen with the number 956, and GVS 3000 screen looks like it has packed in completely.
