I know that Translink have to make a profit on these and therefore cant pay the driver a rate which will reduce or erase their profit. Time spent waiting is taken into consideration also, and any time not spent in the driving seat is also paid at a reduced rate. Yeah, i drove City Express Tiger 1407 to Ballyclare.
