Glad to hear you are impressed with the new system.
As an 'insider' I know just how much work and effort went into implementing it on-schedule in Downpatrick and Newcastle. It seems that delays to services have been nothing on the scale of Citybus and the driving staff are all very impressed with the new machines.
These are the first two depots to go live in Ulsterbus. GVS are due to go live next Monday however that may be put back a week in line with Armagh. There is a progressive role out over the following weeks to all depots in the province.
