The depot allocation codes are for the garage staff on the refueling and washing of the buses and often, but not always have little bearing on the official allocation of the bus. Generally speaking the day wash staff was country buses and Goldliners as well as bristols being washed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays in the day shift. The evening shift washes city buses and some county buses, and the night shift washes buses on late duties as well as finishing the city buses for the morning. Ciaran
