I can say that my information on 271 is correct - it came from a very reliable source - who is a driver and who was operating his last run of the day. If you have ever been on any of the YOI batch of leopards you will know that they are all very quick - rather bouncy though on the back roads!!!
What buses in the fleet have speed limiters fitted. I know that Cityliners and Goldliners have them fitted but do all the N - Types. From my days on school buses I know that Tigers can get up to speeds of 70mph+ (especially one particular BM bus driver that is always allocated 1142)
