I recall a letter in the Belfast Telegraph about a year ago when a passenger complained that the 2300 service to Ballyhenry I think was not operated by a "Low Floor Bus" like every other 2300 departure, given that her fellow passenger was in a wheelchair or something along those lines. So apparently an argument started and they had to swap the Tiger (probably) with a low floor bus that was operating to a different destination but for some reason it still wasn't suitable as the kneeling facility was not working. In the end they had to get a bus from the depot to ferry these people to Newtownabbey as it was well after 11pm.
