I think these were referred to before. You referred to 468 in particular. However the entire series 461-469 (HXI 461-469) all have 62 seats according to the ITT fleet list. I also believe there are examples in the 360 series. I think 367 and 368 have 62 seats Why? If you remeber the old Ulsterbus Express (ie. pre-Goldliner-1990) there were Tigers used on these services with Ulsterbus Express livery. I think these buses can be told apart from the usual Tiger with 52/53 seats because looking at them from the side the first and the last windows are slanted. Have a look and see what I mean. The intention probably was to increase capacity for Express journeys.
