1868 was delivered new to ulsterbus in november 1977 to Newry depot and survived there till late 1989. It was then sold to bus eireann in january 1990 and im sure u know the rest.It had seats for 45 Other than that there has been no major incident with this vehicle or any major change in its life. this vehicle would have operated mostly on short sprint routes around newry Do u plan to restore this vehicle to Ulsterbus livery or bus eireann livery. In the last couple of months a number of these vehicles have been acquired for preservation 1864 has been aquired by the kells transport museum 1859 has been bought by Mr Haughey of Newry Only one now surives with ulsterbus in armagh as a tow bus 1878, which has very few outings now and is due for replacement very soon.
